I have to say this DVD is sensational. I am 39 years of age and have not worked out in years. Within the last 9 years since being in NC I have gained 35 lbs. Now, since working out with your video is making me a whole new person. I have been working out going on three weeks and feel good. I can also tell the difference in my body already. This video is for everyone, so with it, there are no excuses.
